Our Staff
We are blessed to have an amazing staff at Saddle Mountain Fellowship who commit their time and energy to build and coordinate teams of volunteers who help carry out the ministry here. Get to know each of the staff members below.
Lead Pastor Mike West and Worship Leader Jenny West
Mike West is the Senior Pastor here at SMF. He is a 4th generation local boy,
with a heart for pulling the North Fork Valley together. Mike and his wife Jenny (The SMF worship Leader) have been married since 2004, and have three daughters Sydnie, Paris, and London.
Like many local men, Mike went into the underground coal mining industry after college, but as his relationship with Christ grew, he could no longer resist what he was called to, and he has been a part of the SMF staff since 2011.
Jenny has brought her musical talents to SMF and has led worship since 2012.
Both Mike and Jenny are also involved with the teen ministry at SMF and bring a fresh perspective to the ministry.

Pastor Jerry and Lori Dutton
Jerry brings to the fellowship here at Saddle Mountain Fellowship 30 years of pastoral ministry experience. After graduating from high school, he went to Bible college where he married his college sweetheart, Lori. They have been married for 44 years and enjoy five children and eight grandchildren. After a number of years in the business world, Jerry felt God’s call and went back to school for more training. He pastored in Utah for 17 years and for 8 years in Pennsylvania.
His farm upbringing has given him a passion for the needs of the rural areas. He has a heart for this ranch community. It fits his interests well. He loves the outdoors and enjoys hiking, hunting, and fishing.
His wide variety of training and experience from Christian counseling, to Christian Education, has given him a diverse scope in his preaching and teaching. He avidly believes that the church “in light” of its struggles, both locally and globally, will rise in glory and strength as Jesus intended these days. His desire is to see a wide range of outreach ministries at SMF and that each one would be both practical and relevant to each of our everyday lives.
